The value is written only when you click the language switch or close the Turkish-language suggestion. It never leaves your device. To delete it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
What is read from your device
On the English pages, the browser checks its own time-zone setting. If it is Türkiye’s and you have made no choice, the home page opens in Turkish, and the other English pages offer a link to their Turkish version. The time zone is read only inside your browser and is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you are in the UK, using the language switch is the simple way to object: your choice then overrides the time-zone check.
